This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Programmer Manufacturing Engineer, located in Ashland, PA. The individual will be responsible for creating CNC programs, interpreting technical drawings, operating and troubleshooting CNC machines, and ensuring the accuracy of machined parts through milling and other machining processes. Daily tasks include programming, machine setup, and conducting quality checks to maintain high standards.
- CNC Programming and Programming skills
- Machining and Milling experience
- Proficiency in interpreting Technical Drawings
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and precision
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field
preferred
- Associate degree; or,High School Diploma/GED; and,
- Three (3) years experience as a CNC Machinist; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- PLC programing preferred; and,
- Mastercam experience a plus.
- Fanuc (NC) Control, Mazak (EIA) experience, the ability to make hand edits, and the ability to manually code is preferred
- Must be a U.S. citizen (required under federal contract with the U.S. Department of Justice)
