CNC Programmer/Designer

With a history of delivering outstanding workmanship in customizing a wide variety of metal material, including: Stainless Steel, Aluminum Galvanized, Satin Coat, Aluminized, Rolled Steel, Store Fixtures, Office Equipment, Hospital Equipment, Foodservice Equipment, Automotive, Lighting, Enclosures, and HVAC. We are located at 120 Toro Road North York On M3J 2A9 and currently seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Designer.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDES :

- Designing drawings and Programme required for sheet metal production

- Prepare Work orders, Bill of Materials, Edit and modify drawings/programs as needed

- Evaluate sheet based on quantity, sheet utilization to maximize efficiency

- Analyze parts and other information to determine best placement of parts on the sheet

- Analyzing new job orders from customers:

- Analyzing blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions, tolerances of finished product evaluating the feasibility and equipment requirements of customer designs

- Preparing and verifying all technical documents for production process.

- Developing flat layouts for customer product, creating and updating shop blueprints, writing, modifying and improving CNC programs, preparing list of materials and hardware for production process.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Minimum 1 year experience in a Metal product fabrication industry

- Must have Experience in Auto Cad, SolidWorks and Amada AP100.

- Experience with E2 Shoptech Software will be an asset
