CNC Programmer

Larsen Manufacturing is a precision metal stamping and fabrication company serving a wide range of industries. We take pride in quality, innovation, and craftsmanship, and we’re looking for a skilled CNC Programmer / Setup Technician to join our team.

The CNC Programmer / Setup will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines.

- Mazak Vertical Machining Centers w/Mazatrol control

- Okuma Vertical Machining Centers

- Haas Machining Centerss

- Okuma Horizontal Machining Centers

- Haas Lathes with Live Tooling

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of CNC programming and setup experience (Okuma and Mazak required).

- Proficiency with Okuma OSP and Mazak Mazatrol controls.

- Ability to program at the machine and with CAM software (Mastercam or similar).

- Strong knowledge of metal cutting, speeds/feeds, tooling, and fixtures.

- Experience with tight tolerances and precision machining.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and shop math.

- Skilled in using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and height gauges.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.

- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with both prototype and production runs.

- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality standards.

- Experience with multi-axis machining.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Stand for extended periods of time.

- Work in a manufacturing environment with noise, oils, and moving machinery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
