JWe are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Plasma Table Operator to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC plasma cutting equipment, a background in welding or fabrication, and the ability to work independently with a high level of attention to detail. Forklift operation and basic shop organization skills are also key to this role.
Responsibilities:
•Operate and maintain CNC plasma cutting table to produce precise metal components from CAD drawings or DXF files
•Review and interpret fabrication drawings, work orders, and cut lists
•Perform machine setup, calibration, and routine maintenance
•Deburr, organize, and prep parts for the weld shop
•Coordinate with welders and project managers to ensure workflow and deadlines are met
•Safely load and unload raw materials and cut parts using a forklift
•Maintain a clean and organized work area, including material racks and scrap management
•Track and report material usage and machine output as required
•Troubleshoot machine issues and escalate technical problems as needed
Requirements:
•Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating CNC plasma tables (manual nesting or CAD/CAM experience a plus)
•Working knowledge of welding processes and metal fabrication workflows
•Forklift experience required (certification preferred but not mandatory)
•Comfortable reading technical drawings and interpreting dimensions
•Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•Self-motivated, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
•Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced industrial environment

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
