We have openings on:

- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 am–3:00 pm

- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 pm–1:30 am ($2 shift diff)

What You’ll Do

- Operate and assist with the setup of CNC vertical and horizontal mills (Mori Seiki, Mazak, Haas).

- Learn to read blueprints and make program edits for 3- and 5-axis operations.

- Work alongside experienced machinists who will mentor you.

- Perform in-process quality checks and measurements.

- Maintain equipment and work areas to keep production running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

- A solid mechanical background — from hands-on work, school, or personal projects.

- A drive to learn and grow into a skilled CNC operator or programmer.

- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative mindset.

- Problem-solving skills and a willingness to take direction and ask questions.

Preferred (But Not Required)

- Prior experience operating or setting up CNC equipment.

- Ability to read technical drawings.

- Vocational or technical training in machining or manufacturing.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
