Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to fabricate precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of tooling, programming, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. The CNC Machinist will work closely with engineers and other machinists to ensure high-quality production standards are met.
Duties
•
Operate CNC milling machines and lathes to produce parts according to specifications.
•
Program CNC machines using Mazatrol and CAM programming software.
•
Utilize SolidWorks for designing and modifying parts as necessary.
•
Fabricate tooling and fixtures to enhance production efficiency.
•
Assemble components as required, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
•
Perform inspections using precision measuring tools such as micrometers to verify dimensions and tolerances.
•
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
•
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize machining processes.
•
Any other tasks as assigned by manager.
Skills
•
Proficient in CNC machining techniques and operations, including milling and turning processes.
•
Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.
•
Familiarity with Mazatrol programming language for CNC operations.
•
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics accurately.
•
Competent in using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
•
Thorough understand of G-code, GD&T, Trigonometry, Algebra and Geometry.
•
Experience in 4th & 5th axis mills.
•
Experience with Fanuc and Haas controls.
•
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in fabrication processes.
•
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
