Our Operators and Machinists work with all kinds of equipment used in the tool-making process; CNC lathes and mills, grinders, wire and sinker EDM machines, heat treat furnaces, etc. They are the backbone of our organization. To be successful, you must demonstrate a willingness to learn, have exceptional work ethic, and show mechanical aptitude. If it’s a fit, we will work together to find something you enjoy and excel at, whether it is specializing in one machine or learning them all. You won’t get bored here!
