Overview
We are seeking a CNC Operator experienced Lathe operations to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery in ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
•
Operate, set-up and monitor Hass Lathe machine with Fanuc Controls.
•
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.
•
Employ precision measuring instruments such as micrometers to ensure product quality.
•
Collaborate with team members on the production line to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Requirements
•
Proficient with operating and tending a CNC Lathe Hass machine.
•
2+ years experience Operating HAAS machinery or machinery with Fanuc controls.
•
Able to do their own setups and ; We operate like a job shop, so setups are changed multiple times per day.
•
Able to edit programs at the CNC machine terminal (comfortable reading G-code and M-code).
Shift
•
Mon-Friday: 3:30am-Midnight + Some Saturdays when needed.
Additional
•
Pay is based on experience and is negotiable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
