You will be in charge of creating organization to our patient accounts, insurance coordination, practice logistics and communications within our operations. This job is great for a person that enjoys working with systems and people and has a strong passion for growth and contribution to not only your team but our patients we serve. You must have the ability to proactively handle operations and customer service related items to accounts and insurance. Taking 100% ownership of your role, responsibilities and results is a must. Detailed reporting is done daily and you will also be in charge of collecting reporting from other team members. Maintaining accurate accounts, efficient clinic logistics and flow along with process accountability will be your main focus. You will also be coordinating out of office events and logistics with our corporate partners. You will be coordinating a team and maintaining systems to fulfill a high level of customer service.
