We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Client Partnerto drive business growth and deepen client relationships within existing engagements. The Client Partner will act as a
trusted advisor to senior executives, aligning advanced analytics, data, and AI/ML solutions with client business priorities.
This role combines
business development, relationship management, and strategic consultingto expand the company’s footprint across R&D, Clinical, Manufacturing, and Commercial value chains.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders (CIOs, Heads of R&D, Commercial, and Data/Analytics leaders) within assigned Life Sciences accounts.
- Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives, challenges, and industry trends, proactively positioning solutions to meet these needs.
- Establish strong, long-term relationships, building trust as a strategic partner and advisor.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing engagements, and securing large transformation deals.
- Lead account planning, pipeline development, and forecasting for assigned accounts.
- Partner with internal Solution Architects, Practice Leaders, and Delivery Teams to design and position advanced analytics solutions spanning
Data Modernisation, AI/ML, GenAI, Data Platforms, Commercial Insights, and Regulatory Analytics
.
- Own and deliver on sales and revenue targets while ensuring profitability.
- Shape and articulate value propositions around data-driven transformation in Life Sciences
- Translate client needs into solution roadmaps, leveraging the company’s advanced analytics offerings.
- Act as a thought leader in client conversations on industry shifts, regulatory compliance, and the role of data/AI in life sciences innovation.
- Partner closely with Delivery Leaders to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor engagement health, proactively addressing risks and escalations.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration internally to bring the best of the firm’s capabilities to the client.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, IT, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in IT Services / Consulting, with at least 5 years in Client Partner / Account Management roles.- Proven track record of growing large strategic accounts (
$5M+ annually) in the Life Sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of the
Life Sciences value chain
– R&D, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Commercial.
- Experience in
Advanced Analytics, AI/ML, Data Platforms, and Cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
.
