- Client Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives in major financial institutions, understanding client challenges around digital transformation, regulatory change, risk, and operational resilience.
- Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close opportunities within existing and new client accounts, contributing to revenue objectives and practice growth.
- Delivery Leadership: Oversee multi-workstream transformation programs, ensuring consistent quality, on-time delivery, and measurable business outcomes.
- Practice Growth: Contribute to go-to-market strategy, propositions, and thought leadership across digital banking, fintech partnerships, ESG, core modernization, and operational transformation.
- Team Development: Mentor managers and consultants, fostering high performance, innovation, and professional growth within the team.
- Collaboration: Engage cross-functional teams—from strategy through to implementation—to deliver integrated solutions spanning technology, operations, and governance.
- Digitisation of customer journeys across retail and commercial banking.

- Partnerships and innovation in fintech ecosystems.- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in management consulting focused on Financial Services.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills coupled with commercial acumen.
