Cleaner - Lead

As Lead Cleaning Tech, you will be responsible for buildings assigned to you and oversite and support at other buildings. Your job duties will include, managing stock, ordering, organizing, restocking, keeping supply rooms organized, completing checklist, communication with management and clients for ordering and work orders, cleaning offices, cleaning restrooms, mopping floors, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning glass, restocking toiletry products, rotational cleaning, and help with advanced cleaning i.e. new construction, carpet, window and floor maintenance to fill business needs.

The Lead will need to be self-motivated, have good time management and attention to detail. Lead will help provide guidance to 2 other team members, help them organize their buildings, deliver stock, problem solve and stay on top of checklist and building quality. The lead will work independently with a small part of their work week being support to other Technicians at other locations.

Work Hours: Sunday through Friday Swing Shift/Evenings w/ Saturdays off and another day off that varies.

Work site locations in Williston, Watford City, Newtown, Tioga AND SURROUNDING AREAS. position requires travel to areas mentioned above. A company vehicle and paid travel time is provided!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.50 - $24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week
