Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Cleaner to join our team at Hopson's Cleaning Services. In this role, based in an undisclosed location, you will oversee cleaning operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Provide on-site Lead Cleaner to ensure requirements of the contract is being met. Be on site at all times when the majority of the contract work is in progress to receive notices, reports, or requests from the client.

Assist in timely completion of all janitorial duties in order to meet the requirements of the performance work. Must have cleaning experience, sweeping, mopping floors, operate a vacuum cleaner to clean floors and work areas. Clean, dust and polish furniture. Empty waste containers and recycling. Clean and disinfect toilets and bathroom fixtures and floors. Replenish washrooms with soap, paper products and other necessary supplies. Report anything in need of repair or replacement to client. Must be able to walk up and downstairs and carry cleaning equipment. Must pay attention to detail and be able to work independently.

Must be able to supervise others to insure the job is completed each night as well as inspect their work.

Hours: M-F 4pm-8pm
