Clean Energy Technical Project Coordinatorto join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be
based in Massachusetts or one of the surrounding New England states. You will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to utility-sponsored existing building retro-commissioning (EBCx) programs.
As a Clean Energy Technical Project Coordinator, you will work remotely in the New England area and have approximately 30% local travel. You will work closely with Service Providers (HVAC companies, engineering firms, and service companies) approved to deliver the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) EBCx programs, ensuring that customers and Service Providers in these programs receive the necessary support to advance their projects toward completion. In this role, you will serve as the face of the program, developing strong relationships with both Service Providers and customers, reviewing the technical aspects of projects to ensure they stay on schedule, and maintaining program satisfaction for both Service Providers and customers. In addition, you will manage and promote customer engagement with building owners and Service Providers, being an instrumental part of the delivery and success of the program.

- Ideally located in Massachusetts; could also be in neighboring New England states, US
- This is a remote (work-from-home) position with ad hoc local travel to customer and Service Provider sites
- Manage Service Providers and EBCx projects
- Coordinate day-to-day aspects of projects, including quality control of deliverables, client communications, maintaining project schedules, and utilizing technical staff
- Promptly and accurately address customer concerns to assure problem resolution and promote long-term productive relationships
- Understand the organization and decision-making process to work with stakeholders in determining project eligibility, schedule, and potential energy savings
- Manage on-time delivery of technical reports
- Commute to off-site locations to facilitate meetings with stakeholders
- Analyze utility data to determine energy performance parameters and eligibility
- Review technical reports, cost estimates, and energy saving calculations
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- BA or BS degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management, or a related field
- MS degree is desired
- 1+ years of project coordination experience (internships included) or similar within the energy efficiency industry- Working knowledge and field knowledge of HVAC systems
- Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects and work with technical staff
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment with extensive contact with clients and engineers
- Ability to work autonomously and independently with little oversight
- Excellent written/oral communication skills with the ability to present and analyze energy efficiency data to a multi-layered audience
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience in financial analysis of various energy projects
- Industrial Assessment Center experience
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask while consistently meeting deadlines with accuracy and within budget
- Familiarity with the energy efficiency industry, and preferably retro-commissioning

Salary range is expected to be $75,000 - $85,000 (Currency – USD)
