We are seeking a strategic and results driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead all financial operations of the company. This executive role is a key partner to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Team, playing a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s mission and long-term goals.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company’s overall objectives for growth, profitability, and sustainability.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to support strategic decision-making.
Executive Advisory: Provide financial insights and recommendations on key business decisions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and financing strategies.
Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
Cost Optimization: Analyze and manage manufacturing costs, materials, labor, and overhead to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Cash & Risk Management: Oversee cash flow, liquidity planning, and risk mitigation strategies across credit, market, and operational domains.
Capital Management: Manage debt and equity financing activities to support the company’s financial health and growth initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with external partners, including financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting required; CPA designation strongly preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment.
Deep knowledge of financial accounting principles, planning, analysis, and reporting.
Proven experience with GAAP and regulatory frameworks such as Sarbanes-Oxley.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) and financial systems/software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
