Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Director of FP&A

We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Director of FP&A to lead our financial operations and guide the next phase of growth.
This role serves as a key financial partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. The CFO/Director of FP&A will oversee all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis while managing accounting operations, cash flow, and strategic growth initiatives. A strong background in manufacturing, finance and NetSuite ERP is essential for success in this role.
- Develop and execute the company’s overall financial strategy.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close.
- Manage financial operations and data integrity within NetSuite ERP.
- Partner with leadership on business expansion, M&A, and capital planning.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and inventory costing.
- Implement and maintain internal controls and risk management practices.
- Provide timely and accurate financial reports in compliance with GAAP.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing accounting and finance team.
- Serve as a key strategic advisor to the CEO and ownership group.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles; 5+ years in manufacturing preferred.- Strong command of NetSuite ERP, including optimization.
- Demonstrated experience in FP&A, budgeting, and cost management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage audits, tax strategies, and compliance requirements.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- CPA, CMA, or CTP certification.
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or capital fundraising.
- Familiarity with manufacturing and supply chain financial processes.
