- Oversee daily activities of field technicians performing water treatment services, ensuring safe and efficient execution of chemical treatment programs.
- Monitor and adjust chemical treatment systems for cooling towers, boilers, produced water, and industrial water systems to maintain compliance with quality and performance standards.
- Train, mentor, and schedule field personnel; provide technical guidance and conduct performance evaluations.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA, EPA, and company HSE standards; conduct site safety meetings, hazard assessments, and job safety analyses (JSAs).
- Act as the primary field point of contact for clients, providing technical support, service reports, and recommendations for optimizing water treatment performance.
- Oversee field testing (pH, hardness, alkalinity, corrosion, scale, and microbiological control) and interpret results to adjust treatment programs.
- Manage chemical inventories, oversee deliveries, and ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of all chemicals.
- Diagnose system upsets, recommend corrective actions, and support root cause analysis of water chemistry issues.
- Prepare service reports, regulatory documentation, and KPI tracking for treatment effectiveness, cost efficiency, and compliance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, safety culture, and customer satisfaction through improved treatment strategies.
- EDUCATION: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- EXPERIENCE: 5+ years’ experience- TRAVEL: Varies depending on job site

- Able and willing to work a rotating shift schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime (if applicable)
