We are searching for a Change Manager on behalf of our client. This is a 1 yr. contract assignment.(W-2) The person would be an agile-minded change manager to join the Operational Excellence team and support the data transformation project.
The person will need to travel 15% to wind and solar sites through US to meet with distributed teams. The Power Generation Division has embarked on a data transformation. This program will transform the way corporate and field functions operate by integrating core systems, overlaying AI capabilities, and driving deeper insights into the client’s work processes.
• Execute change management activities to distributed teams across the US and into Canada
• Monitor change adoption via simple data analysis, survey administration, and stakeholder interviews
• Develop branding collateral to appeal to key stakeholders and end-users
• Author large-scale communications, newsletters, and PowerPoint presentations
• Identify and communicate potential barriers to adoption
• Strategize and enhance foundational change management tools using automation and AI
• 3-5 years of experience in communications or change management role
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, and similar design tools
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $62.00/hr. to $67.00/hr.
