We’re looking for a detail-driven Administrative Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily administrative operations of our division. In this role, you’ll provide leadership, direction, and support to a team that helps keep our business running smoothly — ensuring every process meets our standards for quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and supervise administrative staff across receiving, shipping, accounts receivable, purchasing, inventory, and lab support.
- Manage daily office operations and administrative support functions including facilities, records management, mail distribution, and sales support.
- Set clear goals and standards, providing guidance and training to team members.
- Monitor workloads, productivity, and deadlines to ensure efficient, high-quality results.
- Oversee budgets, financial forecasts, and cost-control measures to support operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers, building strong relationships through excellent service and responsiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Support process improvements and contribute to company-wide initiatives that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a calibration or technical service environment.
- Skills:
- - Strong leadership and communication (verbal and written).
- High attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
