- You are not required to report into a Mosaic office; however, there is significant travel to client location required for this role (70-80%).

- Business Readiness Leadership: Plan and execute discovery sessions, readiness assessments, and end-user engagement sessions, to ensure the client is fully prepared for change.
- Collaboration & Creativity: Work closely with the project team to integrate change activities, propose creative solutions, and support organizational development initiatives.
- Fast-paced & Dynamic: Support the team in an environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to drive impactful change. You’ll navigate shifting priorities and rapidly evolving client needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Create measurement systems, track performance, and use data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.
- Strong practical experience in organizational change management consulting, planning, and execution.
- Proven ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with large-scale change efforts, experience with system integration projects.
- Role requires 70-80% travel in central & northern California.

The compensation range considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making hiring and compensation decisions. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Mosaic strives to set salaries at, or near the 50th percentile (midpoint) of the range and it is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range for the position. A reasonable estimate for this position is $120,000.00 to $160,000.00. This position is eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program of up to 6% of annual compensation. The bonus program is dependent on a variety of factors including organizational and individual performance.
