Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with product inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will be key in creating a positive shopping experience for our clientele.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.

- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring cash handling is performed securely.

- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to enhance customer understanding of products.

- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display.

- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction is achieved.

- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within designated shifts.

- Uphold phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries.

Skills

- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.

- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service environments.

- Proficient in basic math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

- Familiarity with technology sales and product demos is advantageous.

- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and inventory management.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
