Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.

- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately.

- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring accuracy in all exchanges.

- Provide product demonstrations and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

- Stay informed about promotions, sales, and new products to effectively communicate with customers.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.

- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.

- Demonstrated skills in sales techniques, including upselling and product demos.

- A positive attitude with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

- Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting as needed.
