Cashier/Customer Service

Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring smooth transactions at the point of sale. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in finding products or answering their questions - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system - Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers - Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product availability - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered Requirements: - Previous experience in retail sales, wireless sales, appliance sales, or electronics sales is preferred - Strong mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and performing retail math calculations - Bilingual proficiency is a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of grocery store operations is beneficial - Strong time management skills to ensure efficient workflow We offer competitive pay rates and provide training to help you succeed in your role.
