We’re looking for a skilled Carpenter with roofing and handyman experience to support our solar installations across the region. If you’re hands-on, safety-focused, and ready to hit the road, this is the role for you!
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Repair drywall, stucco, siding, soffits, and all roof types
Perform trenching, minor solar electrical work, and system servicing
Add/remove solar panels and identify roof leaks
Prep sites for inspections and assist inspectors on-site
Read and interpret plans and AHJ guidelines
Maintain a stocked service vehicle and follow all safety protocols
Travel to job sites and perform hands-on carpentry and solar support work
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 1+ year of carpentry, roofing, or handyman experience
High school diploma or GED
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and in various weather conditions
Familiarity with plan sets and field layouts
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS (Employee is required to travel for business purposes, not including commute to and from work.) If required to travel, must have a valid Driver's License/Insurance and the ability to drive a personal vehicle to different sites.
