Job Duties Include:

· Training team members on the proper construction techniques

· Setting daily team goals

· Working with management to improve quality and productivity

· Remodeling homes in various condition

· Reframing homes that are out of level and damaged

· Changing home framing to change room locations and add closets

· Installing domestic water supply systems including PEX, Copper and PVC

· Installing wastewater drain systems using PVC

· Installing hot water heaters of various styles

· Repairing and maintaining residential and light commercial plumbing systems

· Excavating and repairing supply and drain systems as needed

· Installing electrical service and upgrading systems to 200 amp

· Installing new wiring systems in a residential and light commercial setting

· Repairing and maintaining residential and light commercial electrical systems

· Setting manufactured homes in various locations

Minimum requirements for employment are:

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential carpentry, plumbing and electrical

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Tools needed in residential construction

· Valid U.S. driver’s license

· Ability to pass random drug and alcohol screenings

· Ability to pass background check

· 3 character references

Pay ranges from $18.00 per hour to $24.00 per hour based on experience. You will receive paid holidays, paid vacation, health, eye and dental insurance and an exceptional environment to grow in. Apply today, we need your help.
