· Training team members on the proper construction techniques
· Working with management to improve quality and productivity
· Reframing homes that are out of level and damaged
· Changing home framing to change room locations and add closets
· Installing domestic water supply systems including PEX, Copper and PVC
· Installing hot water heaters of various styles
· Repairing and maintaining residential and light commercial plumbing systems
· Excavating and repairing supply and drain systems as needed
· Installing electrical service and upgrading systems to 200 amp
· Installing new wiring systems in a residential and light commercial setting
· Repairing and maintaining residential and light commercial electrical systems
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential carpentry, plumbing and electrical
· Ability to pass random drug and alcohol screenings
