Carpenter

We are looking for an enthusiastic, focused carpenter to join our construction company. Confluence Construction builds highly detailed remodels and new homes. We need a candidate with minimum of 2-3 years of carpentry experience. Remodel experience a plus. Candidate will be working closely with senior carpenters. This position offers a great opportunity to candidates who would like to learn carpentry and building in a positive environment that focuses on quality work.

Candidate will be driving the company vehicle, often pulling a trailer.

We work to make Confluence a great place to work. We like to have long term relationships with staff and repeat clients are always excited to see all of us back. We work 4 ten-hour days year-round. In addition to wage, you will have PTO and health insurance. Staff all have major tools provided, but any personal tools you choose to use are maintained by Confluence. We also have a workshop that staff have access to.
