Carlin - Dewatering Technician (Tech 3 or Higher)

Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Dewatering Technician at our Carlin Operation. The successful candidate will safely and effectively maintain and repair of all dewatering equipment and pipelines.

- Safely and effectively perform maintenance of the dewatering system to include the mine site

- Maintenance and pulling of large horsepower submersible equipment and construction of new pipelines

- Maintenance and repair of all dewatering equipment and pipelines

- Operation and maintenance of potable water treatment plant

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Ability to support work group in attainment of safety, environmental, equipment protection and production goals with a proven safety record required

- Ability to operate various equipment such as boom truck, forklift and loaders preferred

- Experience with well service work over rigs preferred

- Pipeline construction and welding and skills preferred

- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft software required; read and understand work orders preferred

- Must furnish own tools and meet water management required tool list required

- Basic mechanical aptitude with pumps and flows essential with pumping water preferred

- Demonstrated ability to perform essential functions of the job required
