Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Career Coach to support individuals in achieving their employment goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce development and a passion for mentoring individuals. As a Career Coach, you will provide guidance, resources, and support to help clients navigate their career paths and enhance their employability.

Full-time, fully on-site, $20/hour, 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday with some paid travel.

Education/Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university/college.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated customer service skills. Familiarity with the communities being served, with knowledge and understanding of local needs and resources. One to three years of experience in workforce development or related programs. Bilingual a plus.
