Founded in Venice, CA with a global team across Europe, Australia, Asia and North America, Seed Health was co-founded by Ara Katz and Raja Dhir, alongside a scientific board comprised of leading scientists, researchers, and clinicians across the fields of microbiology, immunology, bioinformatics, dermatology, oral health, vaginal health, gastroenterology, mental health, pediatrics, and nutrition.

We're seeking a Senior Manager, Social Channels to lead, launch, and scale strategies across TikTok, YouTube, and beyond—driving meaningful discovery and education while translating our science into content that resonates.

You

You're an endlessly curious Social Channels Manager with a deep connection to the cultural zeitgeist and a pulse on social channel trends and performance. You're passionate about shaping health culture and believe that storytelling can spark personal transformation. You understand how to turn complex ideas into digestable stories, you spot trends, you care about facts. You understand the cultural codes of TikTok, the narrative hooks of YouTube Shorts, and the craft of thumb-stopping Instagram reels—you create clear and compelling briefs to turn ideas in stories, native to their respective channels. You understand and synthesize performance data into actionable insights, then plans for execution.

You're a cross between a channel strategist, performance analyst and content expert—with a belief that content isn't just a deliverable, it's a vehicle for meaning. You thrive in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment and believe risky ideas are worth pursuing.

Requirements

The annual pay range for this full-time position is $145k-$165k + equity + benefits across all US locations (this position is 100% remote-US). Our pay ranges are guided by discipline, level and experience required. Within the range, individual pay may vary based on additional factors, including: your specific location, desired skills/ technical competency, relevant experience and advanced education/ training.Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, LTD, Mental Wellness, EAP, Wellness Stipend + 401(k) match.
