The Call Center Representative serves as the primary liaison between the organization and its customers and vendors. Key responsibilities include managing incoming phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, processing customer payments, performing word processing tasks, developing spreadsheets and presentations, and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries regarding customer accounts and services.
- Provide accurate fuel price quotations to inbound callers.
- Establish and maintain new customer accounts in the system.
- Process residential fuel and HVAC service orders with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Enter commercial fuel orders for the State of Ohio and other designated markets as required.
- Record and post daily payments received via cash, check, and credit card.
- Reconcile daily credit card transaction reports to ensure financial accuracy.
- Prepare and organize bank deposits in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist the HVAC department by compiling quotations, proposals, and distributing product literature.
- Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation to ensure continuous customer support.
- Provide operational support to dispatch functions as needed to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer applications to support writing, data management, presentations, and analysis.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and interpersonal engagement.
- Solid administrative and organizational capabilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Lititz office.
- High school diploma required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
