Job Summary: Responsible for interacting with the company’s customers by addressing inquires primarily through inbound and outbound calls. This position does require working nights as well as weekends. Shift differential pay will be given for working the premium hours.
· Responsible for interacting with customers via multi-line phone system, email, or in person to provide support and information on products and services.
· Customer Service Representative will forward request to appropriate departments when applicable.
· Responsible for scheduling and coordinating daily routes for the Service/Maintenance Technicians.
· Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interaction with detailed notes, complaints, or comments.
· Responsible for electronic filing, scanning, and mailings as needed.
· Included on the Call Center On-Call rotation to take after hours emergency calls.
· Completes special projects and other duties as assigned.
· High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
· Excellent communications skills with the ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees over the phone and in person.
· Service oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
· Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
· Strong organization skills and attention to detail
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize work based on deadlines.
