We are seeking a part time Front Desk/Call Center to join Four Seasons Sunrooms and Windows, located in Holbrook, New York . Four Seasons is one of the largest manufacturers of sunrooms, screen enclosures, and greenhouses and solutions for outdoor living spaces. Four Seasons is a solid, growth- driven company delivering quality products. Through over 20 locations across the US, we serve contractors with their building products needs.
The front desk/call center is responsible for answering incoming calls, meet daily appointment setting targets, and using scripts to provide information about the product. We are looking for someone to work 20-30 hours per week. The schedule is flexible, we are open Monday through Sunday.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Meet daily appointment setting targets.
Set appointments for interest customers.
Follow call center scripts.
Recognize opportunities to sell products to potential customers.
Answer the incoming calls from prospective customers.
Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes.
Review and enter data in the systems.
Go the "Extra mile" to facilitate future sales.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills (customer phone interaction).
Active listening skills.
Detailed Oriented and ability to learn new computer systems.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Persistent and results- oriented.
High School Diploma.
Willing to train the ideal candidate.
