UKG Pro, hands on experience - Highly preferred
JOB SUMMARY: The HRIS Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting the company’s UKG Workforce Management time and attendance system. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong focus on compliance and training management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, ROLES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE: Associate’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related experience (preferred). 3-5 years of experience administering HRIS systems is required for this position. Payroll processing experience is preferred but not required.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: None Required, but must be willing to work toward relevant HR or comparable Analytical certifications relevant to position.
