Cactus Wellhead - Vice President - Information Technology

This is a Cactus Wellhead position and is located in Houston, TX.

This role will be the Head of IT and our Cybersecurity Team

Job Summary

The Vice President of IT will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our technology initiatives, focusing on identifying and enhancing IT systems to drive organizational efficiency and agility. This position is critical in aligning technology investments with business goals while ensuring compliance with regulations governing publicly traded companies, both in the U.S. and internationally. The VP will lead efforts in managing IT inventory effectively, optimizing hardware and software assets to maximize return on investment. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and leveraging data-driven insights, the VP of IT will enable the organization to adapt swiftly to market changes, enhance service delivery, and achieve competitive advantages in the oil and gas sector.

Qualifications

+ Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and managing IT assets in a large organization, preferably in the oil and gas or energy sectors. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across the organization. + Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects effectively.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly manage a team of Managerial personnel. Carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
