About This Job

Roles & Responsibilities

•

Take the measurements provided & design cabinets or woodworking creations.

•

Once approved, send drawings into production & coordinate with CNC operator on details that pertain to execution.

•

Order & organize materials necessary for jobs.

•

Scheduling Responsibilities

Measuring & Installing jobs

•

Building Schedule

•

Client Meetings

•

Email Expectations

•

Professionally & promptly answer emails and correspond with builders & homeowners about their designs.

•

Create a system for emailing designs out & getting jobs approved for production.

•

Communication Expectations

•

Weekly inform clients/builders of their job status.

•

Track what jobs are approved, in progress, building, etc..

•

Update Job List in the Shop & refresh clip boards with correct information.

Time & Compensation

•

40 Hours a Week Monday - Thursday 6:30am- 5:00pm

•

Competitive pay based on experience.

Compensation can be increased depending on reliability & improvements you add to the company.

Qualifications

•

High School Diploma or GED.

•

High proficiency in Auto CAD or Mosaic Design System.

•

Active listening skills for clients, co-workers, builders, & administration.

•

Self initiation, motivation, & problem solving.

•

Team minded approach & attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
