Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and a strong understanding of kitchen layouts, materials, and functionality. As a Kitchen Designer, you will work closely with clients to transform their visions into practical and aesthetically pleasing kitchen spaces. Your expertise in design software and sales will be essential in guiding clients through the selection process while ensuring their needs are met.

Duties

•

Collaborate with clients to understand their kitchen design preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.

•

Utilize design software such as 2020, and Revit to create detailed kitchen layouts and renderings.

•

Prepare and present design proposals that include material selections, color schemes, and lighting options.

•

Manage projects from conception through installation, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are maintained.

•

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.

•

Conduct site measurements and assessments to ensure accurate designs.

•

Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.

•

Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to facilitate the procurement of materials.

Skills

•

Proficiency in design software including 3ds Max, Sketchup, Rhinoceros 3D, and Revit is essential.

•

Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.

•

Knowledge of interior design principles as they relate specifically to kitchen spaces.

•

Experience in lighting sales is a plus.

•

Ability to draft detailed plans and specifications for kitchen designs.

•

Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

•

Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.

•

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
