We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial sales professional to drive new business development and manage customer relationships across our growing U.S. foundry customer base.
This is a true hunter-farmer role: roughly 60% focused on landing new accounts and 40% on managing and growing existing relationships. You will own the full commercial cycle — from prospecting and outreach through proposal, contract close, and ongoing account management.
You do not need foundry or metals industry experience.
We are looking for a strong B2B industrial seller who can quickly learn our space and bring discipline, ownership, and a proven track record of closing.
- Identify and develop new foundry customers across the U.S.
- Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies through calls, emails, networking, and industry events
- Conduct on-site customer visits to understand operations, material flows, and decision-making structures
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation, and contract close
- Partner with leadership to refine pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers
- Manage day-to-day communication regarding orders, delivery schedules, and issue resolution
- Oversee purchase orders, order confirmations, invoicing, and payment tracking
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and drive renewal conversations
- Coordinate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution
- 5–7 years of B2B sales and account management experience in the industrial manufacturing sector
- Demonstrated track record of closing new business and growing existing accounts
- Strong ownership, speed, and execution mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel frequently across the country
- Comfort working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
- History of building a book of business from the ground up
