We’re seeking an experienced Product Business Analyst to collaborate with our software development and product management teams in analyzing customer requirements and translating them into innovative, intuitive, and value-driven digital solutions.
As a Product Business Analyst I, you will:
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for product features and enhancements.
•Translate business needs into clear, actionable Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), process flows, and acceptance criteria.
•Partner with Dev Managers to define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
•Work closely with development and QA teams by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
•Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that product features meet business needs.
•Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support strategic product decisions.
•Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that align with business goals.
•Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and sprint planning sessions to ensure shared understanding of product goals.
•Communicate product updates and outcomes to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and dashboards.
•Monitor product performance using data insights and help iterate features post-launch for continuous improvement.
What You'll Need:
•Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.
•3+ years of experience as a Product Business Analyst or Product Analyst, preferably in a software or technology-driven environment
•Strong understanding of product development life cycle and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
•Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements.
•Skilled in producing clear, detailed outputs such as user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, and business requirement documents.
•Solid communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, able to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
•Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI or product analytics platforms.
•Demonstrate ability to install, configure, use, maintain, and troubleshoot complex software products
•Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Demonstrate ability as a team player who is humble, hungry, and people-smart.
