What We're Looking For:

•

A highly motivated self-starter with a passion for problem-solving and data analysis.

•

Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a proven ability to interpret large datasets.

•

Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling, etc.).

•

The ability to identify macro and micro trends with statistical significance and translate them into actionable business insights.

•

Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings effectively.

•

Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple variables.

•

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

•

Proficiency in SQL and R for data extraction and manipulation.

•

JavaScript knowledge and SQL + R knowledge is a plus!

•

Knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics.

•

Familiarity with programming languages like SQL, R, or Python for advanced data analysis.

Monitor data integrity, identify anomalies, and work with technical teams to improve database quality and accuracy.

•

Provide ad-hoc analysis and deep dives to support executive-level decision-making.
