Bulk Material Operator (I - II) - Cementing

Job Description

Job Duties:

- Under direct supervision, safely maintains cementing bulk equipment and the bulk plant.

- Responsible for pulling bulk equipment to be loaded and used at wellsite.

- Learns and applies all applicable HMS processes to properly load bulk materials and interacts with the lab.

- Assists in loading bulk chemicals for jobs.

- Learns to calculate load out sheets and how to safely and accurately operate the Accublend at the bulk plant.

Qualifications:

- Candidates who are not legally authorized to work in the United States will not be considered. Halliburton will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

- 1 years of experience of material handling or cementing operations preferred.

- Must have a current and valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record.

- Position requires regular travel to McKittrick, CA

- Must be able to travel out of town and state as needed.

- Warehouse, inventory management, basic plant maintenance skills (drills, grinders etc.) highly preferred.

- Must be able to learn and apply all applicable HSE policies and procedures and demonstrate their application into his/her duties.

- The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required.

- Basic reading comprehension, communication skills, and writing skills are required.

- Basic computer skills are preferred.

Compensation Information

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

- Bulk Material Operator I: $17.53 - $31.55/hr

- Bulk Material Operator II: $20.18 - $36.32 /hr
