Since Helion's founding in 2013, we have raised over $1 billion from long-time investors such as Sam Altman, Mithril, and Capricorn Investment Group and new investors SoftBank and Lightspeed to propel us forward. Our last prototype, Trenta, completed 10,000 high-power pulses and reached plasma temperatures of 100 million degrees Celsius (9 keV). Now, we're turning up operations for Polaris, working towards delivering the world's first fusion power plant.

What You Will Be Doing:

Helion is looking for an accomplished Builder / Finish Carpenter who thrives on variety, precision, and creative problem solving. This isn't your standard finish carpentry job — it's more dynamic, more hands-on, and ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats.

We need an inspired team player with a carpenter's eye and a builder's mindset — someone who can move seamlessly between layout, light framing, small-scale construction, creative fabrication, assembly, and even the occasional laborer task when needed. Your craftsmanship will directly support Helion's mission to build the world's first fusion power plant, ensuring our spaces evolve as quickly as our technology. This is an onsite role at our Everett, WA headquarters, reporting directly to Helion's Construction Manager.
