- Successfully implement and achieve sales, customer service and profitability goals and objectives within the Permian Basin
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the warehouse operations, field operations, dispatch (Drivers), equipment repair and customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop employees and company culture by promoting mutual respect for each other, a positive regard for company growth within managerial staff, drivers, warehouse and admin staff. and retention of all employees
- Coordinate and schedule shipments, deliveries, and inventory management.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands, in field and on site.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and customer satisfaction.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and timeliness of orders.
Job Requirements:
What Skills and Experience We are Looking For:- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role in a distribution setting.
- Supervisory experience with strong leadership and decision-making skills including proven experience successfully coaching and mentoring employees
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Mechanical knowledge to help troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Effective communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and vendors
- 5 years’ experience in the fuel and lubricant industry and strong knowledge of oil and gas operations
- DOT driver management experience
- Strong experience analyzing financial statements including P&L management
