Responsible for the direction and control of the company’s daily operations for the branch.
- Responsible for managing all branch employees in all aspects of branch operations
- Responsible for achieving budgeted sales and EBITDA targets
- Overall responsibility for employee staffing levels and hiring/termination decisions
- Lead person responsible for growth of branch business as well as identifying new areas of potential business
- Responsible for ensuring that company policy is followed by all branch employees
- Expected to represent the company at industry functions, engage in marketing activities with existing and potential customers
- Work closely with executives to ensure branch goals are in strategic alignment with corporate goals
- Responsible for personnel and department corrective action plans and discipline- 5+ years managerial experience in the Petroleum, Petrochemical, and Chemical industry required
- Hands-on experience of inspection and/or laboratory work strongly preferred
- Bachelor or Associates Degree preferred
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills required
