Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating customer relationships, and driving sales growth while providing exceptional service in both English and Spanish. This role requires a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to qualify leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication in both English and Spanish.

- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies to reach bilingual markets.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and customer preferences.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

- Proven experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B setting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High level of motivation and a positive attitude.
