We are seeking a Bilingual Appointment Setter to join our team! You will be taking inbound & outbound calls to help customers schedule a free appointment to have their home inspected for Solar Energy.
Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls requesting a free appointment
•
Make outbound customer calls
•
Manage Inspection Tech schedules
•
Call customer to reschedule or update them on appointments
•
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving software's and program's being used and offered to homeowners
Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
•
Ability to build rapport with clients
•
Ability to prioritize and multitask
•
Positive and professional demeanor
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish
