GVEC is looking to hire you for the position of Beyond the Meter Customer Service Representative to deliver the unexpected with a willingness to continuously develop yourself, your department and our organization. As a Beyond the Meter Customer Service Representative, you will help with serving our heating/air conditioning, electrician and solar customers via phone, email and chat. Our CSRs are the first point of customer contact for general inquiries about pricing, products, services and scheduling. Our team builds and maintains effective business relationships by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.
The minimum starting pay for this role is $19.00/hr plus bonuses that are tied to a multitude of organizational benchmarks set forth annually. Pay will be determined by skills, qualifications and experience.
