Salary & Benefits: Salary of $70,000 to $80,000 annually. Insurance benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life.

Position Overview

We are looking for engineers who are eager to shape the future of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). In this role, you will help design and optimize the BESS solutions that support our renewable energy operations. Whether you're early in your career or bringing senior-level experience, you'll directly contribute to shaping the processes, procedures, and technical standards that support our long-term growth and mission. This position involves approximately 15% travel to project locations and facilities.

What You’ll Do

- Assist Project Managers in the design and development of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) sites and learn about different aspects of power systems.

- Create technical documentation and tools for the project team, including but not limited to design standards,

performance reports and guidelines for maintenance and troubleshooting

- Use engineering software to model power system behavior and performance in real world scenarios

- Learn and apply BESS industry standards and best practices

What You’ll Need

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or related field

- Interest in renewable energy and energy storage systems

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Bonus if You Bring

- Internship or project experience in electrical engineering or energy storage systems

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, VBA, or similar

- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., NFPA 855, UL 9540)
