Job Description:
We are seeking Behavior Technicians I (BTs) to deliver in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy in (locations)
Responsibilities:
•Provide 1:1 and small group ABA therapy in home and/or clinic settings
•Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by supervising BCBAs
•Collect data and document session notes using electronic systems
•Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors and client families
•Participate in supervision and training as required by the BACB®
•Occasionally requiring lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. and maintaining various postures for extended periods
Qualifications:
•Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with special needs (e.g., autism, special education, early intervention)
•Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor’s degree program
•Negative TB test and clear background check (required before start)
•Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
•Willingness to commute up to 30 miles between client locations (drive time paid at minimum wage)
•Basic proficiency with technology (smartphone/tablet)
•Required Open Availability Monday–Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., with weekend availability as needed
•Split shift premium available based on scheduling needs and job requirements.
Compensation & Benefits:
•$19.00 – $24.00 per hour based on experience and education
•Paid drive time between clients and mileage reimbursement in accordance with California labor law
•Paid sick leave per California and Los Angeles regulations
•Overtime pay for more than 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week

Compliance Statement:
SABA complies with all BACB® practice standards and California labor laws, including drive time pay, mileage reimbursement, paid sick leave, rest breaks, and overtime. BTs receive proper supervision and ongoing support from qualified BCBAs.
