SABA complies with all BACB® practice standards and California labor laws, including drive time pay, mileage reimbursement, paid sick leave, rest breaks, and overtime. BTs receive proper supervision and ongoing support from qualified BCBAs.

Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. and relocate to the Kern County limits area prior to starting. All certifications and documentation must be current and verified.
