Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of relevant industry experience.

Job Responsibilities: Requires expertise in DCS PLC Programming and SCADA HMI systems, along with a proven track record of leading industry projects.

This role ensures compliance with project scope, budget, and scheduling as a Project Lead Discipline Engineer. The individual may act as a liaison between Discipline Engineers, Project Managers, and the Chief Discipline Engineer regarding project-specific discipline matters.

Work is performed independently, with limited guidance. Solutions are developed through independent approaches and evaluated upon completion to meet objectives.

Handles complex issues requiring detailed analysis of variable factors. Explores alternative solutions and applies judgment to select methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria aligned with broad policies and practices.

Problem/task resolution typically spans six to twelve months or more, including shorter timeframes.

Engages frequently with inter-organizational teams and external customers/vendors, representing the organization while monitoring activities and sharing updates across teams.

- Requires knowledge of visual basic programming. Includes developing and initiating basic automated testing methodologies, participating in engineering and construction cost estimates, familiarity with codes and regulations, and making recommendations on the acceptability of materials and contractor work.
