Position Summary

Drive NextEra Energy's AI adoption by empowering employees with practical AI skills, productivity hacks, and simple automation capabilities.

This hands-on role combines AI skills training, coaching, and solution development to accelerate AI adoption across the organization while building communities of practice that foster rapid prototyping and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

- AI Skills Development & Training

- Design and deliver AI training programs for beginner and intermediate users across all business functions

- Create engaging, practical workshops that translate AI concepts into real-world applications

- Develop learning pathways that progress employees from AI foundations to advanced productivity techniques

- Productivity & Automation Advisory

- Serve as hands-on advisor for employees seeking to leverage AI tools for personal and team productivity

- Demonstrated experience with AI tools and platforms (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, automation platforms)

- Guide teams in identifying simple automation opportunities and implementing AI-powered solutions

- Provide direct support for creating workflows, AI assistant, and process improvements using AI technologies

- Solution Development & Implementation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine AI solutions that address business challenges

- Apply design thinking principles to understand user needs and create human-centered AI experiences

- Support employees in prototyping and testing AI applications within their workflows

- Community Building & Knowledge Sharing

- Establish and lead communities of practice focused on AI adoption and innovation

- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions, lunch-and-learns, and innovation showcases

- Create internal communication strategies to highlight AI success stories and best practices

- Performance Management & Continuous Improvement

- Develop metrics and measurement frameworks to track AI adoption and impact

- Analyze success of technology improvements and optimize training programs accordingly

- Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and emerging AI learning needs

Job Overview

Employees in this role lead the analysis and strategy on high priority projects as assigned by senior executive management. This position works with a small cross-functional team of Subject Matter Experts (SME) to analyze, develop, and propose strategies or solutions to complex topics. Individuals rapidly identify key data, stakeholders, and the current landscape in order to effectively present ideas for executive review.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Leads cross-functional projects including data collection, analysis and implementation of recommendations to senior management

- Creates and communicates formal presentation of proposal to business leaders at higher levels of management, including executive

- Develops hypothesis and validates them with data and discussion with appropriate Subject Matter Experts, then consults with business units for additional validation

- Compiles and analyzes highly analytical problem solving analysis, and compiles them in a succinct manner to be reviewed by executive management

- Develops strategies to address opportunities identified through analysis

- Conducts research in other industries and stays abreast of innovative advancements in order to apply them to key problems

- Interacts with senior and executive leadership, developing trust and credibility

- Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree

- Experience: 6+ years

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's - Business Administration

- Project Management Professional (PMP)

- Six Sigma Master Black Belt
